It`s a close grip bench press for hitting the Triceps.
Narrow grip bench for tris mainly. Thumbs about 10” apart. Not a fan of regular bench press as it kills my shoulders from going so heavy for many years so really the only direct work my chest gets is cable flys and db flys. I do NGB and dips for triceps keeping elbows in very tight. Although the NGB does hit inner and upper chest pretty good.
