Jesus man you don’t even have a gym membership but yeah you are training Hard

Gym membership has zero to do w/ it...
Many in their home gyms lift harder than 95% of twinks in commercial gyms...

Fuck yeah.

My home gym is better than a commercial gym anyway.

Compare your "workouts" to mine just for starters.

For example, why would I need a cable pressdown machine which is your main Triceps movement, when I do Skullcrushers,French Press,Lying DB Extensions, and One-Arm DB Extensions.

I`d bury you on any bodypart.....it`s not what you have at your disposal,it`s how you use it.

While you post on GerBig during a workout, and also watch TV while training, both of which you yourself have stated here on the board,I`m training as heavy as possible for the rep goals I`m shooting for, with very short rest periods.

Again, compare your sorry ass excuse for training to mine......you have no idea how to even set up a decent routine for any bodypart............novi ce!!

I can say my hardest most badass workouts have always been in a basement or garage gym.

I figure eventually you'll walk by my house.

I'll flag you and you can use my gym for a workout if you want.

I honestly feel my strength is very average at best.

There's a kid/guy (age 30-ish) in the gym (black kid) who benches that (425) for a couple. He of course is a rare breed, but still.
Nice, quiet kid...
But I thank you anyways and eagerly await "The Hankmans" input..

I think everyone is physically capable of higher level strength. Nothing insane maybe a 225 x 10 incline bench, 55 or 60 lbs dumbell curls, 405 lbs x 5 dead. It's all in the recovery which isn't discussed here, 99 pages in. Many  here that look good and are strong are using drugs to help. They can't recover on their own. How to recover after the workout, daily recovery, recovery after each meal. As long as the training is taken to near failure, the routines hardly matter ...maybe safety, avoiding certain exercises but that is all.

I just did 10 sets of 5 to 10 reps Smith Machine bent-over rows.  Three sets of 2 lousy reps each set of close grip palms up chins.  7 sets of 1 to 42 reps of  Smith Machine bench press and 3 sets of 5 reps DB flys.

I am beat.  This is the price I paid for keeping my job and getting the vaccine but my wife and family are worth it no matter the final outcome.  I am so weak but I will not give up as I have inspiration from my son and my friends here as they train.  Thannk you all!
