Compare your "workouts" to mine just for starters.
For example,why would I need a cable pressdown machine which is your main Triceps movement,when I do Skullcrushers,French Press,Lying DB Extensions,and One-Arm DB Extensions.
I`d bury you on any bodypart.....it`s not what you have at your disposal,it`s how you use it.
While you post on GerBig during a workout, and also watch TV while training, both of which you yourself have stated here on the board,I`m training as heavy as possible for the rep goals I`m shooting for, with very short rest periods.
Again,compare your sorry ass excuse for training to mine......you have no idea how to even set up a decent routine for any bodypart............novi
