Gone downhill. Amazing how guys can’t apply tan correctly still at this level. Hunter looks like a fat faced 300 lbs man. Ramy walking on stage with an an infection in his glute. No one except Hadi was conditioned, and not even at his best conditioning.

I have said it before Bodybuilding began as a form of art. The current crop simply drug induced graffiti. Its a terrible look makes you embarrassed to once have called yourself a bodybuilder. Classic I can live with but like others have said, its being corrupted. Guys are growing taller as they age rather than shorter. Go figure.

Anyway here is one from this morning at 219lbs not on your level but still showing abs and vascular arms.

I have been in a rest Deload this last week planning to start up training again today.
