I agree with most of this.Tony is definitely trying to jump to conclusions to force people's opinions on him.But the Thai police are completely incompetent on these types of investigations.They even let Tony inside the crime scene while they were investigating.Something important has already been covered up IMO.

The FBI are on the case now according to the J-Bravo guy. Probably way too late though. Tony should have been imprisoned/detained from day 1 to protect the investigation. I mean the crime scene is probably cleaned up by Tony, any traces leading to him.
