So you are thinking about pickles.....
Alonso: And Trinculo (Shizzo) is reeling ripe: where should they
Find this grand liquor that hath gilded 'em?--
How camest thou in this pickle? (Shizzo is pickled).
Translation: Alonso says "And Trinculo (Shizzo) is dead-drunk--where'd they find the booze? How did you get so sauced?," and Trinculo replies: "I've been so wasted since I last saw you," which, if you remember your Shakespeare, was before Alonso and Trinculo's boat was wrecked at sea, "that I'm afraid I'll never get the booze out of my bones--I don't have to worry about flies getting at me." (That last part with the flies is a little weird, but remember that, at the time, it was believed that maggots simply grew out of rotting meat, so Trinculo is saying he's so drunk that his body is pickled through, and therefore won't rot.)
