Was planning to just have chicken and dumplings but it’s taking a while so had some cheese and crackers. I will say the freak factor is a little off the arms and shoulders but abs do look better. Did 3 working sets of 6 on incline with 225lbs today plus 2 sets after for 8 reps at 205 one before at 185 and a warm up at 135 and more reps on decline some skills crushers at 90 cables and shrugs so strength is ok. Some old lady was hogging the flat bench she even took the bar off after her sets and did dumbbells on the flat bench then did seated curls like wtf I just gave up on flats tonight
