Well I was feeling confident before I got my spray tan and weighed in. Everyone was twice my size and in better condition. You trained and dieted hard these past 16 weeks, your conditioning and symmetry should give you an edge over the bigger guys.

If I'm killing myself with a 20 week diet .... ( not saying hanks did that lol) im entering as many classes as I can! (The travel / food prep / tanning etc etc ) ... you only have a minute on stage / all that work .. fuck that! Im doing as many as I can!

Much as I hate to offer good advice, absolutely listen to what everyone is saying about not worrying that you think others are in better condition.  You can't judge that from backstage.  Think back to Charles Arena and make sure you feature your best stuff (obviously arms and abs) and flex like hell, don't be intimidated.  I know you had a posedown there and it was close, so feature yourself as best you can.  The reason I never1ashow is because  I came in second to a guy who had worse legs than me and I didn't feature my legs enough during the posedown when legs are my strongest bodypart.  1 point difference in a state title show. 

You're there, do your best and don't get psyched out.

And for Cripes sake make sure you get every picture or video you can for posterity.  One of my biggest regrets is not forking over the money for videos and pictures for all my shows.

IMO,the only time you get tired is doing a lot of callouts for comparisons and he  probably won`t get any.
