That’s usually only people with weak abdominals who have to strain while lifting.

I’ve seen him lift and it all looks like smooth light weights for him.

Brian’s recent updated pictures from his near death experience -
Induced by diuretics clearly show the following.

Nerve damage in arms fixed
Torn chest filling in nicely
Billowing Lats
Waist shrinking exhibiting  the X frame


However, I do hope with these new physical improvements, Brian is able to fix the leaks in his house , so he doesn’t  have to wear hats 24/7 indoor n outdoors
