Well I tried!!

Went to the gym after missing three weeks......got there.....closed until next week.......some college BS.

So I said fuck it and drove over to  the other Uni gym in town where I trained for 12 years straight.....it`s similar to Soul Crushers gym.....very nice, but expensive.

I was told by my new doctor who is young, hot sexy,foxy,gorgeous ,voluptuous,leggy, big breasted,with beautiful green doe eyes ( I just cracked one off.....lucky I ran out of adjectives ) that she trains there also and having the clot shot is a pre-requisite,but another guy I ran into said it wan`t needed.

Well it is needed so fuck them.......don`t want any part of the scam.

So my ace in the hole is I can still train at home.....not a ton of stuff but what I have is more than adequate.


The only caveat is that my lovely fucking mother-in law is back with us and has the room with my weights and stuff loaded with shit.......it`ll take 3 workouts just to get it sorted.

If this keeps up I`ll be as small as Hanky !

Cleaning today,hopefully training tomorrow.

If it wasn`t for bad luck,I wouldn`t have no luck at all.

Hey fuckface here`s a little background info on my training history......,I trained in the same gyms as Jeff King,Chris Aceto,Matt Dufresne,and a ton of other national and international bodybuilding competitors who would laugh at your delusion.

There was also 3 world champion arm wrestlers and scores of powerlifters pulling 700 pounds or over,squatting 650,and benching over 500....Glen Chabot  trained there and benched 722 pounds officially at the Arnold Classic.

Now I live in a tiny little town....there are 2 gyms here....one on SUNY Canton,and the other is St. Lawrence University......what else can I do....I have stuff at home also.

Here`s where my level of dedication is ........you know dedication,the thing you don`t have......I travelled 100 miles round trip just so I could do  legs a while back.....not too long ago.

I had a key to the gym and could have trained anytime for as many days a week that I wanted to but I paid just to  train legs 4 X a month......100 miles round trip each time.

I also won 57 trophies,am in the movie Pumping Iron,wrote an article for Iron Man magazine,had an article written about me published in Iron Man also,been in the newspapers 10 or more times, all bodybuilding related in various states..........and will win my IFBB Pro-Card in a year and a half or die fucking trying.......doing an actual prep,not dieting on some nice French Toast.

Have competed in tons of cities from Florida to Cleveland Ohio,and competed in 17 different states.

You did a show with 2 guys and placed last.....then you did a show with a total of 9 guys and placed last all 4 times.....then you bowed out of your last show dieting on 4000 calories cuz you felt depleted................ .
