I am normally training 4 days a week with Wed. and the weekends as rest days.Well it`s been colder here than a withes tit in a brass bra......BUT I may train Sat. and Sun.(this weekend) as the weather will be in the 50`s.....and my normal training days call for snow on Mon. and Tues. of next week in the mid 20`s !!
