Leg Extensions 4 x 15

4:45 - 5:45  - Circuit

Heavy Sled push and pull - 25 yards
Heavy Sled Upper Body Push - 25 yards
DB RDL  - 60's x 10 superset calf raises x 10
Incline Barbell Press - 225 x 6.  Last set 10 at 225 , 15 at 135
Seated Leg Curl - 135 x 10
Banded Cable crossover - 15-20 reps

5:45 - 6:00

Cable crunches and calf raises.

6:00 - 6:15

Walk on treadmill at 3.5mph on 10% incline.

So I did back and bis today and 40 mins on 10%incline on treadmill but,.....the entire time i was on the treadmill there was a guy on the hammer strength bench press,..he did 3 sets in that 40 mins and was on the phone the rest of the time  ::)
