Leg Extensions 4 x 12 

4:45 - 6 - Circuit  - 5 rounds

Heavy Sled Push x 30 yards
Heavy Sled Drag x 30 yards
Upper Body Sled Push x 30 yards
Incline Barbell Bench - 225 x 5
Lying Leg Curl - 80's x 10 Superset w calf raise x 10
Banded Cable crossover x 12-15  - superset banded cable crunch x 15

6 - 6:20

Walk on treadmill on 10% incline at 3.0 pace.

Feeling great.

didnt feel like lifting today so 4 mile walk plus 12 2 minute rounds on the heavy bag with 1 minute rest between rounds

Ab wheel

Still recovering (hopefully) from a groin strain from back in January.
