Glad to hear that. I’m sure it will feel great.
I`ll be so sore Rob,I won`t be able to wipe my own ass......what little hair I have left on my head will even be sore,but it will feel great,especially when the initial soreness subsides.

I haven't lifted anything in almost 2 years  :(

It`s gonna` be a long road back,but it`s not my first rodeo.......thanks brother!!   ;)

25 min treadmill 8 incline at 4.5 mph for 25 minutes.
