I decided to re-join the SUNY gym once again,no motivation at home.....they owed me for 3 months anyway, not that they cared.......they love me there.

What was once filled with bullshit Hoist machines was now filled with brand new state of the art Precor machines........my dick got instantly hard.....Hoist sucks donkey dick, but it was all they had at the time, so I made the best of it !!!   :D

I`ll be going 3 days a week and doing other incidental shit at home,plus walking daily.......once I get in better shape,I`ll train 5 days a week with weekends off.

Mon.- Chest,Back,Abs

Wed. Shoulders,Arms,Abs

Fri. Quads,Calves,Abs

So was laying in bed and decided to do db laterals raises until I couldn’t do them anymore 20lb dbs perfect form and shirts rest periods I did 42 sets until I really couldn’t do one and the burn was what I imagined having ghoneria would feel like. Just fished and my shoulders are the best they have ever looked the pump is out of this world. I took and edible and I’m flying so needed something to do.

I've never trained high.  Added to bucket list.  LOL.  A few years back just before X-Mas we had an unseasonably warm night here in Michigan.  I decided to take the dog for an additional walk as I had already taken him earlier in the day.  This time, I took an edible.  I have lived at my house for nearly 20 years at this point.  My normal route takes 45-48 minutes depending on how many times my dog shits.  This one took almost an hour and a half.  I got lost.  LOL.  I didn't even get irritated.  It was simply a ton of fun.  My wife doesn't care for my edible usage so she never knows when I take one.  I get home and she comments "you were gone a long time."  I said yeah, it was so nice out that we took a different route.

It’s fun. Most my life my friends would smoke before gym and I’d say they were nuts but it puts you in a zone and you just crank away. Definitely worth trying.

The way my brother did it was heat up oil in a shot glass in the microwave, drop a bit of hashish in it and swirl until dissolved and then mix in yogurt and drink it. I've never seen ready made edibles here. I'm always a bit apprehensive when I get it after a break because I easily panic. I've found that it's most pleasant 2 weeks after starting. I use it every day at night when I get a baggie. It's weird that it's sometimes fear inducing but also beautiful many times; I feel very "religious" when high. I've worked out high a bunch times, sometimes I end up standing in front of a machine sort of confused.

How we smoked Has in the 70`s:

Smoking hash using a pin and a glass is a traditional technique often called the "cup method" or "hash cup."

It is a simple, effective way to capture the smoke without needing specialized equipment like a pipe or bong.

How to Do ItPrepare the Pin: Stick a safety pin or a thumbtack through a piece of cardboard or a coaster so the sharp end points straight up.

Mount the Hash: Roll a small piece of hash into a tiny "snake" or ball and press it onto the tip of the pin.

Light It: Use a lighter to ignite the hash until it catches fire. Let it burn for a few seconds, then blow out the flame so the hash continues to smolder like a stick of incense.

Trap the Smoke: Quickly place an inverted glass (like a pint glass or wine glass) over the pin. The glass will gradually fill with thick, white smoke.

Inhale: Once the glass is full, slightly tilt the edge or slide it off the coaster and inhale the trapped smoke.

We also had Hash oil that we would put on joints and smoke them.
