Aside from a high protein, low carbohydrate, moderate fat [?] diet, dieting on as many calories as possible until your body adjusts to it, then steadily restricting calories to keep cutting, what else do most people do to get that lean?

I'd always say just eating less trumps cardio...but what sort of cardio "regime" is standard for those getting to sub-10% body fat?

Michael Todd was pretty lean years ago also pre covid for a few years was one of the top hw arm wrestlers in the world

diving under the table to try and blow your opponent mid match does not make you a good arm wrestler....

Thank god the bitche's King's move is illegal in W.A.F. contests
( rules in general are much stricter )

W.A.F. elbow pads are also positioned correctly ( they overlap each other by 1/2 to the center ) whereas W.A.L. pads are parallel.

Asymmetric pads are much safer.

Brzenk is the GOAT of arm wrestling and based on his success and longevity I'd say he qualifies as one of the GOAT of any sport.
