Competitive strict curling is one of the silliest gimmicks of our generation. It’s a fabrication made by underachievers for underachievers. I’m weak on flat barbell press because I avoid it but very strong on incline dumbbell press. Maybe I’ll start my own incline db league. Thong singlets are required!

Is it really that silly? It's defintely a test of strength. I mean what's the muscle people flex if asked to show how muscular they are?
It probably just needs more exposure, infact realistically why isn't it up there with the main lifts, bench, squat and deadlift.
