3. Randomly vandalizing shit for no reason.
4. Instantly decided to kill with a knife.
In the U.S. the knife is the weapon of the mentally ill. Typical 'crime affected' ghetto black male would normally be armed with a gun in a bad neighborhood or simply just sucker punch this goofball.
Now, with that being said, the caveat is, in my humble opinion, most young black men and women in the hood have mental illness. No sane person acts the way these people do.
