Several years back I would up in ER as blood was coming out of me from everywhere, including my eyes.  It turned out that the 17 medications I was placed on ate 4 holes in my stomach.  I was there for a week.  I would have driven home that first day I started bleeding but my sister-in-law is an ICU Nurse and she said I would have bled out and died on the way home.  So ER it was.

I got better and if I can get better anyone can.

OMFG.. LMAO...  ;D

Maybe Brian will get a medical wake up call. He's poisoning himself (body and mind) with this muscle shit... For what, attention? Likes?
The training, and stiving for better health is fun (for some of us) pumping and posing (daily) is just bizarre...  ???

Is the 315 deadlift off the table?

It’s a wise move by Hanky. He would have flipped over the bar

The verdict in this case will likely be determined by the pivotal exchanges on p24 of the "Bloodwork" thread, whereupon it can be seen that it was in fact B.W.H.Hankins (aka the poster known as "bhank") who transitioned the robust debate with defendant "BigRo" from one based on arm circumference, combat ability and grip strength to that of specifically a curling challenge

In other words, it was poster bhank that goaded poster BigRo (as representative of the broader getbig defendant group) into said challenge, and this therefore represents valid grounds for dismissal regardless of the uncontested and fully acknowledged delusions and mental retardation of the deceased

--------------------------------

Leg strength makes a considerable difference in both wrestling and punching power. My grip strength is better than yours, I have big forearms and I doubt your arms are what you say.

I don't believe you have better grip strength and my arms are exactly what I say. If you think otherwise go ahead and strict curl 168lbs I will wait. I will admit larger legs are harder to take down but again I am 225lbs myself. I also wasn't a power wrestler I was a technique guy. I can take down a larger stronger opponent that is the entire point of wrestling.

Note defendant BigRo again attempting to turn the debate back to that of grip strength not the lifting of weights:
Strict curl is not a grip strength test moron. My grip would throttle your ass.

While once again bhank goads BigRo inclusive of lifts
It is arm strength and yeah you have to use your grip and forearms come into it but again what do your arms tape you want to compare lifts or arm size it’s going to be close either way

At which point BigRo simply reacts to the repeated goading:
19 1/2 cold. They have been 20. Can you curl 40kg dumbells? Thought not.

The defense rests:

The entertainment value of watching Hankins try a 315 deadlift would be worth him risking life and limb for the rest of us.

His estate will have to provide evidence and assist the prosecution.    It’s up to Em at this point if she wants to proceed.

Well, there potentially will be the class action lawsuit from the family that we knowingly, with extreme prejudice, did subject Brian to abuse above and beyond what might be considered reasonable and customary.  That in light of his continual attempts to show his "progress" we did not recognize or acknowledge it.  Therefore we should have known we were dealing with someone who most likely was mentally unstable and susceptible to persuasion and goading to case himself self harm.

I am lawyering up guys....not sure about anyone else.

I loved the idea of my main man Melvin being the Assistant District Attorney, as I could totally see him in that role. Also, the witness Matt "6.45" Canning was a very nice touch.
