I train everyday on a 2-way spirit
Day 1-tri pec
Day 2-bi delt
And get the aerobic training down pat
Day 1-hard work Norwegian 4x4
Day 2-easy work 1-2 hours LSD
Day 3-off
If I take the boxing lessons it will cut more into recovery, the yoga may help recovery actually
