Waiting for Hulkster to put you in your place DavidPaul.  There are plenty of pics of Coleman that show how much larger he is; better is debateable as I think Dorian looks awesome there.  However, there have been others with backs equal or near equal to that pose.  Now, for the best front relaxed pose of all-time, this is undoubtedly it.

Wrong David Paul.  I was at that show.  Haney looked infinitely better than Yates up top.  Agreed, his legs could have been better.  However, his delts are hardly weak.  That is utter BS.  Get your eyes examined.  ::) ::)
Dorian or Ronnie for that matter would never pull this pose off as well.  His delts are hardly weak.

but I digress - fact is, there are only few lost souls who actually still believe that Yates had a better overall back than Ronnie..

ps that shot of dorian is a lot more impressive than a real back shot because he is NOT flexing his arms in the traditional manner.'

If he were, his old nemisis (not great arms from the back) would haunt him..

ND...good to have you back.  The thread is kinda boring without you.  Forget Ronnie vs Dorian for a sec.  Would you consider Haney to have weak delts.  Average legs I can agree with, although they were symmetrical and he had decent calves.  However, except for average biceps, nothing on Haney was average up stairs (maybe lower back as you have noted in the past).  Do you concur?

Haney was as flawed as Yates regarding overall balance. His arms both bis and tris were too small for his torso, as was his entire lower bod. Quads also were oddly shaped.

Basically his torso was excellent as well as completely out of balance with the rest.

Pumpster, I don't think Haney had small tri's.  They were very well shaped.  I agree that his biceps were definitely subpar (although symmetrical...no worse than pre-tear Dorian ever was).  I agree that his legs and hams were severely lacking, but except for Platz that era of bodybuilder never had huge thighs.  Haney compared to Dorian was more of a match than Dorian to Ronnie (thighs/hams/glutes).

Agreed, Haney and Yates is a good contest. You've agreed with most of what i've said leaving him quite flawed outside of the torso. Arm imbalance only shows up on certain shots but looks bad when it does. Tris might've been cut but didn't have great size either.

Great, great muscle quality along with drastic imbalances:
