If my left elbow doesnt play ball I might start doiung assisted 1 arm attempts with my right arm, use a band with my left hand

16 is still good for a non athlete, hes 32 so still reletively fit

My best was 15 before I injured my elbow, looking at this thread its been around a year now with this elbow tendon

Its a lot better but still relucatant to start doing pull ups again in case I inflame it, best get my bands out again for assisted
