Thanks man, I don't mean to "come at you" like that, I'm just interested in how people think. Of course I'd like to know more about for example how you view race as you thought my post was BS, but I'm not pressing you. I could be married to a black woman and love her with all my heart and still be racist "against" blacks or whoever, there's no contradiction at all. It's called "scientific racism" disparagingly in the media, the idea is simply that different human populations have different physical and mental characteristics and this explains behavior to a large extent, the idea that society largely controls how people become is a liberal idea, you are born as a book of blank pages filled in by society whereas I think the book is largely written at time of birth. But enough of that, I write too much.
The Marxism/Communism you probably want me to explain would be the same as you think it would be when Marx and Engles wrote the Communist Manifesto. Bottom line, there isn't much difference. "The goal of Socialism is Communism" and this where this country was headed. Why didn't I come out and define for Lurker? Why? I've been defining it and watching play out since 2008 and if you actually went to poli board, I've been making comparisons since. Like him or not, ALL OF TRUMPS TRIALS have been show trials and I've made that comparison countless times. No difference. Go after the opposition leader then go after the opposition, it's no different than going after the Trotskyists.
I don't mean to intentionally piss you off here, but the reason Lurker asks you to define it is because he thinks you simply can't and he might be right, hell if I know if you could write a paragraph explaining communism and Marxism off hand. I don't think it's that easy, I couldn't do it off hand, that's why I asked if anyone here would like to explain it, the shorter the better. For example, I happened to view an interview on youtube with an American Marxist and he said it was "state capitalism" vs what we have now, individual capitalism. And me explaining what differs Trotskyists from Marxists and Commies, no chance lol. I think most regular people screaming about "commies" probably don't know that much about communism and often actually have plenty of socialist and liberal ideas.
I think Lurker easily beats you on the "internet debates" (lol), and it has little to do with me being liberal or agreeing with him about ideology, I'm naturally more on the "right," all my preferred sources of information are "right wing" or extreme right wing or dissident views.
