I never got shit in squats from wraps except some security and confidence. I did notice a difference with a belt though. Never tried any suits. Buddy I used to lift with could do 405 raw, throw on a shirt and suddenly 545 was going up.

Got around 40 - 50lbs out of good set of knee wraps.
I could squat & deadlift without a belt - other than giving some add stability
& confidence it didn't add anything to poundages in fact if it was on tight it
Would hinder my deadlift.
Thank you - I believe I may of got more only I swapped to bodybuilding
