Yesterday I opted for machine leg press over barbell squats
Didn't feel like loading a 90 pound barbell on my delts😄😄😄
I'll do leg press or squats every 10 days or so and wide grip chins of lat pulldowns the same
I will not try and progressively overlord either one of them
Haven't joined a regular gym yet coz still don't have a flat
At this gym I'm training at now I have maxed out the pec Dec and machine lateral so I can not progressively overload them even though I want too
Hopefully the gym I join will have different machine lateral and pec Dec machines so that I can load them more
My accessory lifts are pec dec , machine lateral, db incline curls (I won't max those out since the bells go.up to 110 lbs) and db overhead tri ext (same as I won't ever be able to do 110 on that I think)
