What about Albert Beckles.
im talking about the whole arm which includes the 2 heads of bicep + 3 heads of tricep. i also take into consideration height and weight.not to forget!!! mr swartz was 6'1 and a half!! weighin 225-240 on stage! if you take this into consideration and you know that every inch = 7 pounds and all of us bodybuilders know that 1 inch = about 7 pounds on a male...then you would know that if arnold was 5'11 like ron he would be about 15-18 pounds lighter which would make him 210lb on stage!!! now show me any other 5'11 210lb bodybuilder that has/had/will ever have 22 inch arms. i would love to see him. (no synthol used!)arnold is BY FAR the best arms in bodybuilding EVER. (weight taken into consideration) while dorian and lee are the worst but i chose dorian as the worst due to his over all mass advantage over lee which should have given him a hell of a lot bigger/better shaped arms than what he had. he still was an awesome bodybuilder though.* arnold had very good triceps but his biceps were simply phenominal+
I was at the contest where Ken Passarielo wore that Kiss make up. He came in dead last. Beckles won the show.
arnold is BY FAR the best arms in bodybuilding EVER....I'm sorry to say this, but you just lost a lot of credibility with this post
You on some Jesus Juice? Arnold himself pointed out that his arms were flawed. How can he have the best arms if he stated that they were less than perfect. Plus, many bbers came after him. Sergio's arms dwarfed Arnold's, but Arnold's were more cut, Arnold was more conditioned than Sergio overall
Why is everyone going so crazy about Coleman's arms? That so called peaked bicep looks like a little ball on top of a tricep. Someone like Arnold, Lee Priest or Markus Ruhl has a peaked bicep but it's also very full.
Pastell had amazing arms
thats why so many people use Larry Scott as an example. His biceps weren't "peaked" like Arnolds per se....but the balance between his biceps & triceps were amazing.Then...his bicep seemed to go tight to the elbow with no gap.
Too bad his delts were missing in action
that's what i'm saying. they look like little tennis balls on top of big triceps.
Larry Scott's arms were pretty damn impressive fill in your own adjective !!
well one thing i can say is that they're bigger than yours. anyway i'm just saying that coleman doesn't belong with lee priest or arnold.
