I'm not deflecting, simply stating IF drug prices drop, I don't care how the % decrease is explained. The only thing that matters is the actual cost it changes to.
Do I expect this to change the industry? No, the drug companies will take steps to recoup. But direct to consumer and cutting out all the shit is a good step, no?
