Dj get your X account verified, premium+, follow any relevant trainers or big fitness accounts. Post non stop in their comments, make the replies relevant and not about your PT service. You need to do this at least for 2 weeks to a month before you'll get any traction.

Post daily on your account, training videos are good or just you talking about training. This will help you get noticed by the X algo. You need to put some serious graft in here or you won't get anywhere.
