If I were a betting man, I would put my money on drug overdose of some kind. But it makes sense that it would be from a heart condition. I haven't seen any recent pictures of him but I would guess he was still using gear, too. At 60 ? Whatever years old, years of juicing, years of recreational drug use... the ticker can only take so much before it gives out.

Yeah, I didn't even consider drug overdose which is highly likely.

Steroids could certainly been a factor with those other drugs.

True. But I would think the shrooms and pills had more of an impact. If he was still using them. Who knows? I haven't talked to him for a very long time and don't know anyone that kept up with him. If you asked me where he lived, I couldn't tell you. He just fell off everyone's radar.
