He just makes shit up and says stuff as needed to justify whatever it is he wants to do. Spews out a word salad that makes no sense but stupid people talking to him think he's being truthful. He' healthier than he's ever been but just wants his knees to feel better so he decides to squat heavy for low reps with shitty form.

Thank god for his verbal diarrhea though, some of our best comedy info comes from that: Cartoon dogs, 54 IU of GH, competing against a guy "who looked like Arnold", Black Bile, nice french toast, etc.

I think Hankins has lots more secrets and none of us know. He keeps a lot of stuff hidden like the GH sources and drug stuff and the actual state of his finances. Even at this point with all of the leakage, he’s still got many layers to the onion.

That’s not a “lifting belt” that’s a belt to hold up his shorts. Remember he buys clothes that fit his night belly. After day of disciplined eating his waist will gain 6 inches. So the belt is used to hold his pants.

He’s like the Hulk, a thinking man’s Dr. Banner. Banner wore normal clothes that the Hulk ruined, the Doctor thought he could control his anger and avoid the Hulk….. that’s a foolish and wasteful mindset.

Hankins knows who he is and he plans on the size. As a CFA he knows his clothes are an investment. Buy once cry once.
