Don't worry about it...All of the thousands of bodybuilders and wrestlers that have died early had genetic predispositions for various heart, liver and kidney diseases.
Just remember that you can't OD from steroids, they aren't immediately toxic. They can and will be detrimental but the serious damage incurred usually takes decades. Usually many say if you start at say 17 and are still doing 'heavy' cycles at 40 it's a bad idea in the past nobody did regular blood work, partially because you didn't want that in your journal,so hou didn't know for example if your HDL was tanked for decades. Now with all these clinics you can get regular bloodwork. IMO the main thing is staying on top of your blood pressure. Ideally it should be close to 120/80, and if your lifestyle causes high BP there are meds for that. Some experts advocate for you to start meds like telmisartan from the first cycle you start. There are liver meds like TUDCA, suppps for thick blood like nattokinase and so on, some think a low dose beta-blocker might also be indcated. Steroids can be used
safer today, though it will never be risk free. If someone could only stay with doing a couple of 8 week cycles, maybe with true HRT in between, or even just taking HCG to keep test at a nice range, they can be pretty damn safe. "Vigorous Steve" advocates coming off a couple of months a year and just doing an HCG bridge, for whatever that's worth

I think it might be a good idea. If you have the money you can also check for heart function and check if your heart is growing.
