Ilhan Omar has a pronounced, rounded forehead which gives the appearance of a receding hairline. There are "fake" photos of her without the trademark scarf which make it appear her hair has thinned. But there are also what appear to be genuine photos of her sans scarf that reveal denser hair which she wears natural as opposed to braided or pulled back. With hair or without hair, she is an attractive woman.
