Chiropractors love those lifts. So do spinal surgeons.
They did indeed do some exercises that we nowadays shun, nonetheless they did indeed build good physiques & strong backs

Wes: Do you like behind the neck presses? I’ve always stayed away from them but tried them for the 1st time recently. I was surprised about how good they felt. I only did an empty barbell but it seemed to really open up my upper back.
