Does that act of retardation count in competition? Whats the point of it? I dont know jack shit about it

Colton is strong at conventional - he's just the real deal.

But there are a lot of nobs on instagram using super bendy bars so the lameness of the lift is accentuated and it becomes a 3 inch lift.

I've been doing it as a variation for a little while, I think it has value.  I have no interest in going to the extremes I go to for conventional though (I frequently walk around with burst blood vessels in my face for about 3-5 days out of 7).
