Josh throws nice straight punches,has fast hands,a good fast jab, and even a fast double jab,also has a good one two.....that being said, I`d still beat his ass !   LOL   

I have no dog in this "fight"....I like both guys, but Ronans punches are slow and very wide,which leaves himself wide open.......I won`t bring up his footwork or lack thereof.

No offense to either guy, as I said I like them both.....just my honest opinion going solely by the videos posted above.

For each punch he is still defending himself, for each strike the other hand is aware. He never forgets his defence.

Both hands need to work together.

Josh also uses his hips more, as you should.

Ronan is very strong and is a great bodybuilder, but leaves himself open with a very wide open stance and the other hand down when he strikes.

Josh is more fluid, understands how important it is to be loose in technique to maximise power especially around the hips where your power comes from. BigRo moves like he's still holding weights he's that's stiff, no stress big guy all bodybuilders powerlifters make the same mistake even look at big Pudz even after years of training in boxing mma he was still to musclebound to get his technique right.

Can barely see his hips, I use my whole body, not every punch has to rotate either. Foreman could knock a man out with an arm punch.

omg you cant actually believe this? i've seen women at my self defense classes have more impact on the bag than you. your body is stiff and disconnected so there's no kinetic chain generating power, and you appear to just be mimicking moves you watched on tv with no understanding of how to do them, along with making your own kung fu sound effects. i'd honestly still take a body shot from you if i were 7 months pregnant.
