I’m legit not trying to pile on or anything, maybe this is just some sort of exercising where you’re supposed to be going slower than full speed boxing. But, all I can think of when I watch this is it’s the equivalent of the Australian break dance chick in the Olympics that thought she was great.

Maybe you look better hitting a bag or something I haven’t watched any of the other videos, or Josh’s for that matter but in this one you look slow. Not sure how tall or heavy you are.

I'm not a fan of his but Josh at least looks coordinated and athletic and seems to have had some training based on how fluid he moves or maybe he used to be a dancer or athlete. On the other hand, Ronan who seems like a great guy, seems to have close to zero athleticism -- moves like a robot with an almost dead battery -- and pushes his punches like he's benching and his body shots and hooks look like he's not only never boxed another human in his life but hasn't even WATCHED a boxing match in his life. There is no comparison here. Josh is obviously out of shape and gassed but in the 10-15 seconds he was throwing, he 100% looked like a guy who knows what he's doing. His hooks are a little wide but his jab is spot on and right hand is decent. The only thing that's giving this thread life is Ronan's epic delusions of grandeur. I mean let's put this in terms even MattC could understand. This is like Josh showing us his 6" cock and Ro showing us 2" and insisting that his dick is bigger and it's all camera angles, lighting, and bias.
