Ronan0:14 and 0:22, those doublepunches with your right hand down is what triggers me the most.
You need to defend yourself at all time.
You need to twist your hips more to generate more force. Bop-bopping like that isn´t as efficient.
You keep your hands up between sequences though, thats at least something.
Much better headmovement in the Birdsong-video though, much more mobile and less stiff.
