do you say this to people having hair transplants as well?

I agree that there's nothing wrong with surgery to help appearance, it's not a psychological pathology necessarily if moderate. Only reason I'm against facial procedures is it looks bad a lot of the time.

Clavicular did a nose job and his audience was clowning him saying he looked worse than before LOL. It wasn't botched but in my opinion it made him more feminine in appearance, there was nothing wrong with it. There is some data saying females sometimes like a more feminine face in males, like a say Leonardo DiCaprio.
