Taking everything into account,  who was more impressive Gary Strydom or Paul Dillet,  both among the best ever from the front, tall and wide, and massive with a V taper and great abs. Terrible posers and weak backs but look like Mr. Olympia just standing relaxed.

I have no idea what Gary looks like now but a few years back he was still in great shape.

 Paul looks like he never lifted a day in his life. I wonder if he had "health" problems that required him to come off everything. I know he had injuries that limit what he can do in the gym but I dont get how you can be Freakzilla one day then be just fine looking like a scarecrow. Its like he doesn't even try to workout and he's still involved in bodybuilding.  Isn't he the head of some bodybuilding federation?

I think it was all steroids for Dillett. I've seen too many thin guys like him at the gym and how they change once they go on roids and how they are when they get off them. I saw a state champion have health issues and had to get off and he looked thinner than Dillett.

Yup, Similar experience with this dude he looked like Arnold 75 all year round, for some reason he had to get off the sauce and started going to the gym past midnight to avoid people recognizing him ..... he was so skinny he didn't have to make that "midnight sacrifice" .

Finally putting an end to the whole wide clavicals nonsense, what makes you look wide are are big muscles, big delts.  Wide clavicals on a bony frame look like shit.  Yes, there are people who look narrow even with more muscularity like Heath and Hankins, but then when they're off the sauce (Hankins never) they look even more narrow.

My top weight was only around 200lb’s at 6 feet tall, but I was crazy defined.
