His death was not even awarded a sticky topic here, shame on GB.

Excellent bodybuilder

Great summary of his bodybuilding career:

He had Matarazzo calves but with a much better balanced and timeless physique

Nasser had the lump in his calves also. Even at the end of his career .

I have good calves for a natty and always wondered what they'd look like on gear.

Great calves do not guarantee a long-life.

Our own Pellius is another example.

There does seem to be something here.

IIRC Matt had panic anxiety from steroids; the reason he retired from bb?

I hear many bodybuilders have bad anxiety. From various podcasts and what not. Might be from trenbolone. Since they all use it in prep. And it seems to have alot of psychological effects. Though they are probably not on it of long so idk might be just the high test

Some use it for short periods but in the past many used it long term. My longest tren cycle was 3 years. One guy on this forum told me he had been on it for 30 years. I wrote about my first exposure to it in another thread. It gave me panic anxiety. I couldn't leave my apartment for 6 months. I was literally in hell, praying for relief. I didn't dare touch it for 20 years after that. When I tried it again I tolerated it better but it twists your thoughts. Now if I use it it's 5mg a day, maybe up to a max of 10mg. I tried up to 150mg a day in the past. Microdosed it is fantastic for psychological drive. Insane for sex drive.

Regarding steroids and young people I would worry most about psych effects. It might permanently change the size of your amygdala.

Have you tried it?

AI answer regarding steroids and the amygdala and psych effects.

yeah seems like it has psyhcologial effects for alot of people. Luke Sandow said he had it. And he killed himself I believe. But I think he had those issues since he was a child. But it might have triggered it worse for him who knows... No personal experience from it. Just observed people around I knew used it and from people I listend to on youtube etc.

No I'm off for almost a year and don't plan on that altough it would be fun to try something strong like that. My bloodpressure and resting heart rate started creeping up and I'm like hypocondric probably(wuss). And I was at baby dosages like 350mg test and anavar for a while.  I'm not as gungho/whatever happens mindset as your typical bodybuilder. And I would like to live to 70+ atleast since I have kids.

Ill probably get on just test again soon just to feel better though. And see if I can keep the bp/hr at decent levels.
