"planning on doing the PDI show in NY this September.  Not sure if I can get down toi 175lbs though.  I'm 228lbs in these pics

You will be fucking shredded at 190-195.

maybe I am wrong tought cause those pics are way too small to judge your actual condition

Its a mental thing.  When I look at the Lt.heavy's, they look HUGE.  I remeber sitting in the audience at the USA last year and Fakri looked HUGE!!!  I'll take some better pics next week.

Lookin' good, Mike.

Don't worry about the scale unless you have to make weight.  Just focus on the mirror, and the bodyfat calipers.
