Anyone ever tried it for contest prep? Water,fish and rice?

youandme,
No veggies?  No fiber?  You'll be constipated before too long.  And you'll hate water, fish, rice and you'll never want to diet again by the time you're done with this diet.  Add a little more variety.

Yeah your right.
It will go over the edge. I'll spice it up but I want to get major cut up for this contest.
