All bodybuilders use site injections, according to "dzulboy".
Dzulboy is absolutely right, fool. You can't inject more than 3ml's into each quad -- and I hate injecting into my glutes as I once hit my sciatic nerve -- so on those days when I have high-volume injections to carry out, I very frequently hit my pecs, delts, bis, tris, and so on... Hell, everybody does. The only places I
don't inject are calves, forearms, abs and hamstrings. I've hit everywhere else. Even traps.
It's important to note that site injections don't always cause local muscle growth. Most steroids are attached to esters... for the body to utilize them, the steroid has to be carried into your bloodstream and then broken down by the esterase enzyme. This prolongs their activity; even a short-chain ester -- propionate, for example -- has a 4.5 day half life. The longer the ester-chain, the longer the effect -- the enanthate ester's half life is 14 days...
It has been said that no-ester steroids (like test suspension) can cause local muscle growth... but their effect is not very dramatic. Nothing like synthol. Besides, you'd
have to site-inject suspension -- you need to do 2 injects with it per day, and it's a bit of an irritant, so you can't hit the same place twice. You'd have to wait a couple of days before repeating injections spots....
