She used to tell guys that and then later on she would hear that this guy would be going around tellig everybody he fucked her and would always mention the tattoo which would be impossible to see unless you were down there. It was her way of setting up guys. Her now husband is very pissed off that this guy said this. She is going to come on here and tell everyone. Bloggers of getbig.com, I came on here to set the record straight regarding Alan Ichinose and myself.
1.   A package was sent to our home in Kam Heights and intercepted by Customs; I would like to believe that it was a random check that caused this unfortunate case.
2.   The police arrived with a search warrant and only found the steroids that were sent, no more, no less.
3.   Alan and I were given a list of names and asked by the police to set people up at which point we both looked at each other and said no. I could not fathom the police doing this to someone else after having gone through it myself.
4.   I stood trial for this and before my trail began Alan pleaded to a lesser offense and testified on my behalf, letting the courts know that I had nothing to do with the steroids.
5.   Neither Alan nor I, ratted anyone out, unlike some people we were opposed at putting others through the same ordeal as us.
6.   The reason Alan only got probation was the fact the he was able to prove the steroids were all for personal use and not distribution. Alan did not set anyone up, he was, and still is a pillar in the community not some guy who sells newspapers. Alan has remarried and has a family so please let him be, he was always a friend to those who knew him and helped people that asked for help.
7.   I stood trial for this and was found not guilty, I could easily have set people up but that is not what I’m about, if you know anything about me to be true, this is it, I’m old school, you do the crime be prepared to do the time.
8.   For those of you that came to my defense I thank you and for those that did not and instead said some pretty nasty things, shame on you, you know who you are. Like Alan, I helped others with putting together their competitions and to have such individuals talk smack is not nice.
9.   I could write about all the things that are wrong in Hawaii and some of the people, but I choose not to go down that road.
10.   I am ending this here with one thing; this happened thirteen years ago get over it.

BTW that picture is two years old taken when I was 40. I just had a baby girl.
Thank you for taking the time in reading the corrections I had to make so that Alan and myself can live in peace. Can we all agree that Alan Ichinose was before his time, set new standards in bodybuilding with his physique and that he is an overall good person?

Well I told her exactly what I said on here and why. In fact she was reading the posts while we were on the phone for 2 hours and 15 minutes. We are close enough where I told her exactly what I was hearing around town from many many people. She told me the real story and I said sorry for saying it but is what I heard. I said sorry to who I had too, Judy. I talked to her for over 2 hours. She was reading the thread as we were talking. And she wasgetting really pissed at this asshole. I'm tryna get into more olympic lifts and strengthen my body better, i've heard it helps a lot. Now since i lift 5x week, where should i throw the olympic lifts in? Should i do it by itself or mix it up with other bodypart workouts?

Dude I have never done any kind of Olympic Lifting. Tonny Kono who is perhaps the greatest Olympic lifter of all time is in Hawaii and still teaches at the YMCA Olympic Lifting. I used to watch him teach the kids and it takes so much technique and speed. He had these kids in there 3 days a week training. Allot of light weight working on the technique more than anything. I did not see these kids do anything but Olympic lifting during the days they weere training. They did not mix it up. But I can't see why you couldn't mix in workout between your Olympic training. Sorry.
