The lift is not parallell.

And a legit lift has to be below parallell.

Unless you think clown lifts like Vogelpohl's 1000 lbs squat are legit of course.



Side note: Coleman went deeper than Vogelpohl.

Peanut????!!! Many pro pwerlifters cannot even do one rep with that weight. Many BB only workout with small weigths, all based on juicing, and no strengh!!! Ridiculous!!! Coleman is an example of how to train, go heavy! I see some pictures of guys that stop working out and they lose EVERYTHING, guys like Coleman, Ruhl don't go down that easy because they REALLY built muscle!!!!
