Vince, stop worrying about your weight so much. Get as lean as possible and compete wherever you land. You were far too heavy last year. Get in good condition and you'll get some respect wherever you place. The worst thing you can do is be fat on the day of the show.

The deal is that he has to talk like that, because he hears real bodybuilders sometimes obsessing over their weight and feels that he has to do the same in order to convince people - and himself - that he, too, is a competitive bodybuilder.

I'm at 190 now but my waist just hit 30 inches and my bodyfat is much lower than last time at 6 weeks out. A couple more weeks of running gassers and I should be fine. I will end up being in the light-heavies so it doesn't make a difference anymore.

Vince, what do you plan on weighing the day of your show? Wouldn't you rather weigh in at the top end of the middles than the bottom end of the light heavies? Get into your best condition and let that decide what class you end up in.
