Honestly, Kamali should just get a degree and get an actual career started. He will continue to slide further and further down the IFBB ladder as we're already seeing; too many people with far superior structures have solidified his placings at the middle/bottom of the pack. If I were Kamali I'd head to my local gym, ask to speak to the head trainer/manager/owner and have him/her direct me to the arm training equipment....priority would be the tricep equipment. I ask him to walk me through several different free weight movements for biceps and triceps and then I'd attempt to mimic those movements for several months until my "contest ready" arms broke the 18" barrier.

No GH, if he has to do drugs to maintain his test levels just take enough for that and that's it. Stop walking around at 300+lbs. he;s 34 and chasing a broken dream. it's time he settled down and started a family. His search for fulfillment and purpose in pro bodybuilding is a fruitless endeavour. The only title that should matter to him is "dad".

Seeing that this thread has now turned into a lets see how hard we can slam tamali I now add my slam. I think Kamali should at this point in his life make application to Extreme makeover - the home version.

Damn the producers could have fun with making a human out of a alien- if that is at all possible.
