They went out of business right after it was officially announced that the word 'Phat' would not be added to Webster's Dictionary as a new word, and was instead identified as a transitory expression whose time has passed.

 I never seen decent wokrout 'BB' type clothing. It's all cheesy and gay. Now at local shows in Illinois I see 'UnderratedMuscle' and 'Podepenza' all the time.

 I'd still rather see Dex wearing PhatMuscle stuff then the numerous Air Jordan 'get-ups' he constantly wears...

 Or George Farah with his sleeveless shirts, Levi's and fanny pack.
