right now i would say flex because he is more complete...i think evan has more potential as a pro if he can bring up his legs.

Right now I think Centopani has more potential because as good as he is, and he is real good, he's got lots of room to get better--which is a scary thing!

CENTOPANI for sure!!!!! hes is far beyond flex lewis.  I have seen Flex lewis numerous times in person and he is not that impressive. He is short and thick, but his body parts are ugly and dont flow. Centopani on the otherhand is massive and has a bright future in bosybuilding. Heath is only 26.... This is a whole new breed and its gonna be exciting to watch.

Saw Centaponi win the JR Nats, he did shine above the rest.  I dont follow close enough but did he win his pro card?  If so Im not suprised.

Actually he was incomplete.  You see Flex had: bones, blood, organs, and muscle, BUT he lacked bodyfat.  At least back in 93 I heard from Jim Quinn that Billy Smith calippered Flex wheeler and he had 0.0% BF.  Sorry but that's just not complete, or even normal for a human.

Does Palumbo 3.0 resemble the current version we've been seeing around?  Cause I sure would like to caliper him.  I don't think I could pinch much because I think most of his fat is beneath his abdominal wall.  So you see Callipers are of limited utility for detecting BF.  I mean they didn't find any on Flex back in 93
