Its just in your blood.... you can't help it....
I never met a bb who wasn't a shit talker to some degree...
During contest prep its even worse....you talk a lot of shit....you need too
You need to go into a competition with tremendous momentum like your gonna destroy everyone there no matter what....this kind of thinking is what carries you through those weeks.
Then you deal with where the chips fall after you come back to reality.
Dieting not only changes your body but it changes your mind...the way you think,talk,act,etc.
Like Lee said...takes years to get good at what works for you the last week so we learn from our mistakes.
Props to Jack for getting on any stage.....And super duper props for having the sack to post on here with so many sipping the *Haterade

4300 pics is overkill for a show with 100 competitors. 

For a show with less than 30, it's absurd.  No props for absurdity.
