they are alright.. i dont do squats though, i have shitty form on them and need soone to teach me how to properly....once i get those in the rotation they wil start looking better.
Practice in the safety of a squat rack and use a chair to guide how far down you squat. Just place a chair right behind you and when your ass his it, push up. Also, make sure you do it in the mirror so you can keep your eyes on your hips and thighs. I almost never take my eyes off of them during a set of squats.
Also, another problem you may face is a lack of flexibility in your achilles tendon (which causes your heels to rise during squats) at the rear of your foot. Just stretch it out as you would stretch your calf. And practice holding the squat position so your body adjusts to the position.
Squats are worth all the time put into them. Now get started!!!!
